| About the Artist |
My name is Rachel Hall, I was born and raised in Edmonton. I now live on Vancouver Island,
in British Columbia, Canada.
I have worked with Native American seed beads, and as a Hypnotherapist and Reiki
Master/Teacher for many years. My love for bead work and my holistic approach came
together to form The Gem-in-I. I now enjoy using my artistic abilities to unite beaded jewelry
with the healing energies of gemstones. Due to this belief only genuine gemstones and
sterling or Bali silver are used in The Gem-in-I’s creations. All jewelry receives a Reiki
attunement!

Shipping and Handling:
I charge a flat rate of $5.00 CAD for shipping and handling on handcrafted jewelry purchases
less than $100.00 CAD. On handcrafted jewelry purchases of $100.00 CAD and over
shipping and handling is free. I usually ship by Canada X-press post (within Canada). I will e-
mail you a estimated date of arrival and a tracking number, as soon as your order has been
sent.

Canadian Customers:
No duties or customs charges apply to your handcrafted jewelry, since I ship out your order
from B.C. Canada.

Customers outside of Canada:
I wish to establish and international presence, and am happy to ship my handcrafted jewelry
worldwide. However, you will have to contact me about shipping costs if you are outside
Canada or the United States.
Customers outside of Canada may have to pay import duties and taxes on their handcrafted
jewelry, which will be levied when your shipment reaches your country. This varies from
country to country, you can contact your local customs office for further information.

Money Back Guaranty:
If you are not satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry purchase. You may return the
handcrafted jewelry to The Gem-in-I no longer than 7 days upon received date and your
payment will be refunded in full. Handcrafted jewelry must be in original condition. The refund
will be issued via pay pal, when the handcrafted jewelry reaches me.

Repairs:
Should you ever require a repair on your handcrafted jewelry made by the Gem-in-I, I will be
happy to assist you. I ask that you notify me via e-mail, or telephone of your repair
requirement prior to sending your handcrafted jewelry item. If I can help you, I will ask you to
send your handcrafted jewelry item so that repairs can be done. I do not charge for
handcrafted jewelry repairs if all parts are present. There may be a small charge if you
require replacement parts. I do however, ask that you be responsible for the costs involved in
shipping the item back and forth.
